Initial sales and consultation experience was great, the website has tons of information and I felt comfortable going in with an understanding of what I was signing up for and expectations were clearly spelt out to me.Within days an appointment was confirmed and the preparation steps clearly pointed out re pets and so on. 30 minutes before the appointment another text message was sent to confirm arrival time. Super good communication!The tech was on time and introduced themselves and also explained some of the details of what and how they work and what to expect over time.Overall a great experience thus far - time will tell how effective the treatments are - I’ll try to update either way down the track.
This is our second season with Mosquito Man and we are happy with the service so far. However I did notice that the tech did not do the whole perimeter of the yard, he missed a large section by our shed that is near the forest yet was not sprayed. I'm wondering if the reason for this was because that part of the yard has our vegetable garden? Any clarification would be appreciated. The tech left before I could get out there to ask, otherwise I would have mentioned something to him.
