I called with an issue about a wasp problem coming into my basement, over the phone Mike was able to diagnose and give me next steps free of charge while assuring me that if he was needed he would be able to help. After the weekend I was still having issues and was able to have him out in two days, he quickly found the nest and we were able to fix the issue. We called Mike on a Sunday morning about a hornet issue behind our chimney, which was resulting in hornets getting into our house. Through every part of our communication, he was friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He made time to come and inspect the issue that very afternoon - giving us our options without any pressure. He returned later that evening to apply the treatment, which resolved the issue much better than I expected. We haven't seen a hornet in the area since, and none have been spotted in the house. Can't recommend Mike and Regional Pest Management enough to anyone who has similar issues. Will definitely be calling him again if we ever have any further issues! 5 Stars!
