Owen R. came out and sprayed around my exterior of the house and inside the garage, even going above and beyond placing glue traps in corners and behind containers in the garage.Plus he spent extra time explaining how scorpions, snakes, and other dangerous creatures find there ways into our homes and garages, how to prevent them, and what to look for. I must say we've had Ryon as our bug man for years and I wouldn't trade him for any amount or offer on earth! I don't usually take the time to express my feelings on hired help but this man is simply incredible, he always takes the time to inquire and listen to all our needs and has never once let us down! He's great with our pets and even laughs when our crazy dashboard bites his workbooks everytime he comes. I just can't say enough about this young man! We love him and we've been approached several times by other companies with lower rates but because of Ryan and his excellent service it was never even an option up for discussion! I have been so impressed with Bulwark so far! I did a lot of research before going with a pest control company and they have by far had the best customer service I have come across! They explain everything so well and when they came to spray both Marty and Ty really went the extra mile and pulled out all the big appliances to really get everywhere, they were very thorough. Also very good pricing for the area and no contract which is a plus. Highly recommend.
Ty was awesome! He was very thorough in listening, communicating, and taking care of the situation at my home and keeping bugs and pests under control. He was friendly and professional.
