I did an online submission form after hours and first thing in the morning I had a call asking to schedule for a free consult same day. They were flexible with timing. Adam was the provider and was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind about my concerns. He was able to begin service that day. I would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Tom Cottam from Western Pest Control, and I couldn’t be more impressed. His performance is always excellent from start to finish — thorough, professional, and highly effective in addressing the pest issues. What stood out most was his easy-to-talk-to demeanor; Tom takes the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and makes the entire process stress-free.

It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such approachable customer service. (He even likes antique furniture, which is rare in a person his age) Western Pest Control is fortunate to have Tom on their team, and I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.

As usual, when Brennan came to spray recently, he knocked on my door to ask how things are going since the last service. Instead of just spraying and bolting, he takes the time to inquire about the state of things, which I genuinely appreciate.
