Very happy with our recent service with Arrow. The main phone number (Dennis) was quick to return my voice mail and to get us scheduled. Ken came to do an inspection to look for mice and entry points to our home - including going into the attic and checking the roof line (which apparently a lot of companies won't do). He was very thorough and walked me through what to look for in the future. Saved Arrow's contact info in my phone, in case we need them again!

Incredible service with pride and accountability for its effectiveness and work. Arrow got rid of my mice problem after Orkin fleeced me for 4 months for their subscription service. Now just called them again for ants. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
