I went with Rove as they were a highly rated local company with good reviews. They were bought out by Greenix shortly after and, while all the technicians I have personally encountered have been delightful, the company itself is horrible. I had a new problem that I basically got scammed into paying too much money for what I’m receiving, customer service is terrible, the representative I spoke to had no idea what I was explaining to her and kind of seemed like an AI bot, to be honest. I cannot wait til my paid services are completed because I do not want to deal with Greenix ever again. Basically I’m paying them to stick a key in a box and replace mouse poison which used to be placed in the home, but now is only outside so half the boxes aren’t checked unless I specifically ask for them to come inside. I’m currently waiting for my 8-10am appointment and have received no communication and it’s 10am.
I had Vong come out because I had so many wasps at my house. He was super friendly, patient with all my questions and worked very quickly to resolve the issue. I could not do the work that he does, I hate wasps. Within 30 minutes of being here all the wasps are gone. I signed up for the 12 month package just incase a few more come back. Thanks for your hardwork and making my yard safe for my kids to play.
Daniel spoke with me prior to treating our yard, filling bait boxes, etc asking if we were experiencing any issues or needed specific areas treated. Very pleasant to talk with and he did an excellent job of summarizing the details of his visit. Very happy with the service received today!
Rove pest treatments are great to have. Leng preformed a treatment to the interior windows as well as exterior. He did a fantastic job explaining why we were seeing bug activity. Would recommend Leng and rove for pest control.
Katrell arrived at our home this morning to remove a huge paper wasp nest in one of our backyard tall evergreen trees. He was on time, explained the process and was extremely professional. He also took care of a few other small wasp nests and sprayed the perimeter of our home. We will definitely be calling Rove Pest Control for any future needs. Thank you Katrell for making our backyard safe again for our family!!! We can now get back to summer grilling.
