Thank you Rove and especially, Nick, our expert tech for your services today. Nick did great work today with our pest control. We live on a wooded lot and Rove has been critical to keeping insects and rodents out of our house for a number of years. David did a great job protecting our house from pests today, and provided excellent customer service along the way. He took the time to explain the steps he would be taking during his visit, asked if I had any specific concerns, and shared some of his pest knowledge with me. He then proceeded to thoroughly treat all the eaves (including some at the top of the 2nd story that were a concern to me), brick, and foundation and service the rodent bait trap in lightning fashion. Finally, he summarized the service visit to me at the end and wished me a good day. He is truly a great representative for Rove Pest Control! Thanks for stopping by, David. According to April at Rove.. the bits of remaining nest, wasps, & larvae are the responsibility of paying customers to get rid of? As a family with severe allergies & knowledge that wasps can still sting even when killed, this is unacceptable to us. We will seek services with a more caring and empathetic demeanor next time.UPDATE: They attempted to correct the problem & sent another tech out who again didn’t clean the mess. Called another company.
Spider webs were left after service was provided. They sent someone out again who happened to be the same technician and I unfortunately didn't see much improvement at all! :(
