I just canceled my service when I saw a mouse run across my kitchen in broad daylight after paying Valor $64/month for 1.5 years and essentially no change in mouse activity. The technicians are nice and polite but it is very hard to coordinate them to come to do the indoor service if you do not work from home.
Kyle was great to work with - was polite, very thorough, and walked me through everything he did. We will see if any mice get in this fall/winter, but either way, I trust he did what he could do to help prevent them from entering! Also, what I appreciated the most was that this company didn't pressure me into signing up for some kind of package for the year, like a lot of them do.
Just had Ricky do a walk through/first treatment of my home for mice. He was so thorough, informative and sensitive to my concerns about environmental issues. And, he was so kind to my puppy! His advice was strategic and helpful. Ricky patiently addressed all of my concerns and completed exterior and interior phase one treatment. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this exceptional level of treatment. Grateful!
