This is our regular company for pest control. One thing I dislike about them, they send you an appointment date for when they’re coming. They don’t ask availability. They just show up. If you’re not available, only the outside of the home can be sprayed.

This time around, we scheduled an appointment for a specific reason, which was mentioned when scheduling. Our issue is an infestation of brown recluse spiders in our attic. They showed up today and said they’re not allowed to go into attics. This was the entire reason the appointment was scheduled. Communication is an issue. Orkin took over our original company. I feel like service was better with the original company.
