This is our regular company for pest control. One thing I dislike about them, they send you an appointment date for when they’re coming. They don’t ask availability. They just show up. If you’re not available, only the outside of the home can be sprayed.This time around, we scheduled an appointment for a specific reason, which was mentioned when scheduling. Our issue is an infestation of brown recluse spiders in our attic. They showed up today and said they’re not allowed to go into attics. This was the entire reason the appointment was scheduled. Communication is an issue. Orkin took over our original company. I feel like service was better with the original company.
Chucky Williams was the Termite Control Inspector that came to our home to remediate the small issue we were having. He was great! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and did the job clean and professionally.
The evaluation of my property was done quickly and promptly. Service to remediate my termite problem was also easily scheduled, and the tech arrived promptly. We opted not to tent. Or can work with us for foam and liquid treatment so we didn’t have to basically move out. Both the sales guy and the actual tech were professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job!
Local orkin man parked illegally flipped me off when i honked at him as he blocked the exit he was on his phone and sat there for 10 mins. Went inside and purchased alcohol. Normally i dont report this stuff but that was highly disrespectful
