I really appreciated that he used a telescoping pole brush to clean the spiders off the lights and areas up high, it made a big difference.He kept me informed about what he was doing, which I liked. He changed my bait boxes, checked my mouse traps, and went around the exterior of the house as well as my garage.You can tell he truly cares about his work.Much appreciated.
I have a gate to my backyard that was locked the day Caleb came out to service my property. I rcvd a call from point pest letting me know that they needed the gate unlocked so they could service the backyard when they were finished with the front and both sides of the property. I was not home at the time so I couldn’t get the gate unlocked. The dispatcher contacted Caleb and asked if he would come back the next day to finish the job and without hesitation I rcvd a commitment that he would be there the next day. I acknowledged the fact that I didn’t expect that because I was the one at fault but they treated me like an appreciated customer and that I mattered. So I am thankful for employees like Caleb who take care of his customers even when they are at fault.
Excellent service every time! Michael was very friendly, courteous, and professional! He provided excellent tips on how to mitigate those pesky stink bugs and other bugs from sneaking into our house. I was woken up at 2:30 am by what I thought was a squirrel in my attic. Pointe Pest was very quick to respond to my inquiry and had Steve out right away in the morning. He eased my mind with his assessment (turned out to be a mouse), and was very professional and kind. He gave me suggestions for how to prevent it in the future.
