Reviews

What customers say

Recent reviews praise knowledgeable, professional technicians; one customer also appreciated an explanation of the treatment and a review of the completed work. Another customer reports getting notice only the afternoon before a visit, leaving nobody home and wasting the appointment.

Customer Reviews

Donna DiRusso

Called them on a Monday and they were here on Tuesday. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Jonathan Boyd

Professional and pleasant staff, and at least the exterminator I met was flawless. Answered my questions and concerns, explained what he was using and how it would work, and reviewed his work with me when he was done. Couldn't ask for more. Their sales team does push a ~$50 monthly protection plan on you, but if you have pests wandering in you want to be able to call them back, so I think its worth it. Plus canceling doesn't look too complex, if you ARE willing to risk it being a one and done situation. First visit and first exterminator company I've worked with, so keep that in mind, but they seem as legit as they come.
