I’m a little late in posting this review, but they did a great job on my coffee shop. We were having both wood bore wasps and ants. Not only did they do a very thorough job, but also explored the back yard to discover where the any nest was. It’s been over 6 months and we’ve not had any recurrence. Jamie was excellent and even followed up the next time they were in town for another job. 5 stars!
I was initially pleased with this company. They provided me with an initial termite inspection / termination, and have been performing annual pest inspections since. However, over the past several months, I have been trying to set up an inspection for this year. They are not responsive to messages left. Now, their mailbox is full, and one cannot leave a message.
I have used nance pest control several times. The first was when we bought our house and they installed our UV light on our water system. Then they came out for a wasp/ bee nest. This last time I tried another because of their website and description unfortunately they did not live up to expectations. So I called nance and left a message last night they got back to me today and had a tech out to the house this afternoon. Awesome service. I will not use anyone else.
Have gotten much more responsive after working out details about how quickly our homeowners group wants to be responded to. Some issues with receiving bills, but now sending by email and that's working.
I have had my fair share of terrible customer service lately, but I will tell you that it was not from Nance Pest Control. They can fit you in with short notice; are extremely courteous and professional; and if anything goes wrong, which happens sometimes, they will go the extra mile and make it beyond right. I have used Nance several times, and through my experience with them, they have made me a customer for life. Thanks Nance!
