Jimmy came very soon after I called to assess the situation. Then he scheduled a day the following week to come treat inside and outside my home. He was very thorough, polite and informative.
Called Timmons about ants inside and out of rent house. They responded very quickly. Very professional and pointed out where the ants were possibly coming from. Did their exterminating and were gone in a short time. Telling me to call if there were issues. They invoiced me and I paid by mail. Unfortunately the payment was lost in the mail. They were very understanding but I ended up writing them another check. Three weeks later they called and said they had received BOTH payments. What did I want them to do? Told them witch check to deposit and shred the other.NEED I POINT OUT, HOW PLEASANT IT IS TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY SO UNDERSTANDING TO PUT UP WITH THE PAYMENT FIASCO.THANKS, Timmons, looking forward to NEXT TIME.MrMc

Edit: Timmons was very professional and came back out to spray in the areas I wanted. They were nice and corrected the situation promptly. I would highly recommend for annual prevention services.They did not spray in some areas that the previous sprayer normally does. This is usually an annual prevention spray.
