I wish I would of called Enviro Eco sooner. After being turned down be every other Pest Control company in Sudbury I finally contacted Enviro Eco and they were very eager to help. I spoke with Rhonda on Wednesday and on Friday she was able to drop by my parents home to see the issues they are having and came up with a plan to rectify it. Excellent customer service, friendly and caring staff an absolute pleasure to deal with them. Thank you Rhonda and the rest of the team. You are the go to company for pest solutions in Sudbury!
I called quite nervous as I thought I found evidence of a pest problem. Not only was my call answered on the second ring on a Saturday morning, the lady that answered (sorry, I did not get your name, but I thank you!) was lovely. She calmed me down(lol), gave me some great cleaning advice to do over the weekend and booked me an appointment the following Tuesday morning. We sent pictures and were 100% assured not to worry, was not what we had thought. We did not get charged for them to take a look! And we were able to cancel the appointment.An honest and professional company that I would use again in the future if the need ever arises .10/10 highly recommend
