Requested someone to come inspect my home for mice as the home inspector had found old tracks and droppings in the attic. Orkin came and did a walk around the house pointing out entry points and gave me recommendations on how to block them. Stuck their head in the attic and confirmed mouse and squirrel droppings, but “no signs of an active infestation”. The inspection cost about $170. 2 days later, I heard something crawling/chewing above my head in the attic space. Through their “how did we do” survey, I identified I had heard those sounds and I needed them to come back and do a more thorough inspection of the attic. I also called and left a voicemail requesting they return. That was November 6th and I have yet to hear from anyone. Greater Sudbury Pest Control came out to do a free inspection.ETA: after posting this review, orkin reached out by responding to this review, called me, and emailed me. I will not deal with your company again, given that it took a public negative review for you to return my call and email almost 20 days later. I’ll be sticking with Greater Sudbury Pest Control.
