I used Greenleaf for pest control out here in Waddell. They always do such a thorough job every time, and if there is ever an issue between services, which is rare, they are back out with the quickness! I am a very happy customer!The gentleman who came out today asked about what I was seeing (crickets, a few roaches, and a scorpion... All dead when found) and then he soaked this joint! He answered all my questions and was super nice and professional. I'm sure I'll be pest free after this, he did a great job!I highly recommend Greenleaf if you're looking for EFFECTIVE and AFFORDABLE pest control AND awesome customer care! They are the real deal.I just learned they also offer weed control. I do believe I will be adding that to my services soon. They do amazing with the bugs, I'm sure the weeds will stay away too!They have absolutely earned all 5 stars.
Additional update: I had them come out one last time after cancelling since there were no improvements and since I got screwed into a $350 bill ($250 cancellation fee). The tech wrote in the notes “no visible hills on our property line” and I have several hills right on my front walk way all stirred up and not at all taken care of.Update: Spoke with Ashley in cancellations and she had zero sympathy and a terrible attitude. Explained to her the misunderstanding and that my husband just thought he was signing for the service to come out. He was rushed at work and was just thought he was booking any other regular service. It was not explained in detail (even though she blamed my husband that it was). She said quote “it was in big bold letters” and there’s absolutely nothing she could help me with. Couldn’t care less about the customer just about getting $350. An extra $250 for them to do absolutely nothing. I felt talked down to and she made me feel like we were idiots. Then sent me the bill with no cancellation agreement or even a description. All it said was “invoice”. I would avoid unless you want to get locked into a subscription with consequences.Asked my husband to book a pest control company to take something off my plate and found out he booked it and accidentally got locked into a year contract (he had no idea). Once I got the emails, I told him that was a mistake and to call and cancel (literally one week later and 1 visit total) and he was told it’s a $250 cancellation fee. What on earth, for what? They told him there is nothing they can do. They also did an absolutely terrible job as well. They weren’t even here 10 minutes. Feels like we are stuck in a crooked scam now.
