Omair Khan is fantastic — he went over every inch of the perimeter of our 5000sf home foundation with his hands checking for points of entry for mice, blocked all points of entry he found, walked us through likely sources of food and how to reduce attractants. Set traps and bait stations at activity locations. This is our second home using seaside and we couldn’t recommend more highly after using several other terrible ineffective companies that didn’t take the time that Seaside does. They fixed the problem completely in our last home and I’m confident calling them for our new home was the right decision.

The wonderful gentleman who came, definitely calmed some of my fears. He was patient & kind. He took pictures in the attic to show me severity of my situation. Day 1 he set up traps. Due to the heavy rainfall, he came the next day to get on the roof & check for any openings in which he took pictures. He used mesh wiring to close any open entrances. A week later he came to check on the traps. I would definitely recommend this company solely on the kindnesses, and the explaining of the process. Great communication skills. Thank you again

We have mice and called up this company to come take a look and deal with the problem. Khan was our technician and we had a great experience with him, he educated us about cleaning, setting up traps/mesh/steel wool, and everything to expect within the next few weeks. He did a great job calming my nerves about the situation and did a thorough investigation around the house.
