Insight staff Jacob and Aiden were timely, professional, courteous and careful in and around our home. They set Mouse traps in our garage, and Rat traps in our crawl space area as well as treated our outdoor perimeter for wasps/bees. They asked about what type of traps we preferred (stick traps versus snap traps, we asked for both!) and were thoughtful of our young kids and pets when providing their services.
