Today Aiden came out to do an annual ant & spider treatment. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely understanding (as we are in massive ‘spring cleaning mode’). He let me know all products are pet and child safe and he ensured he would work around our ‘in process’ declutterring and be back in 2 weeks to get anywhere else that was possibly needed. As a mom of 4 kiddos, I genuinely appreciate Aiden’s flexibility and understanding! We did the First major treatment and then the monthly upkeep from here. I did one review but doing another because Parker was phenomenal. He was very patient and answered all of my questions regarding the products used. I have pets and making sure they are safe from chemicals is most important to me. He is super friendly and efficient. Coming out same day as my call was phenomenal. He explained every step in the process for me. Called said he was 30 minutes away and actually arrived a bit sooner than 30 minutes. I love that.
I can’t imagine anyone ever wants to call a pest control company but since I had to, I’m glad I called Insight! They walked me through their procedures before I even set an appointment, communicated clearly and had a technician out the next day.
