What a great phone call. Danica was extremely professional and friendly. She explained services thoroughly and efficiently. We understand the costs and we’re looking forward to the exterminator in a couple days. We used this service in the past and going back to them was a breeze (actually quite pleasant).

Our Technician, Ed was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job assessing the property and advising what needed to be done. He arrived on time for each scheduled appointment and was polite and patient in his explanation regarding what action was taken and what we needed to do to avoid pests in the future. I appreciate his expertise as well as the time he took to make sure the area was well serviced. Thank you!

Alex was great to work with. He communicated with me via text when he arrived which is what worked best for me to meet up with him. He was very professional with the service and request for a photo in the crawl space. After he finished, I received a complete assessment along with a photo. Blake Peterson came for my initial total control inspection and he was awesome. He was very professional and answered all of my questions with great detail and patience. Was referred Rambo by a coworker that was also happy with their service. Blake showed up in a timely manner he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained how the traps worked and what to expect for the initial service and set up. I had concerns about my elderly dog but he walked me through how it all works, tapps, chemicals etc. I have a tiny crawl space and he made his way and secured several locations under my house. Overall extremely happy with the attention to detail, care he took coming in and out of our home and the plan to correct the current cute but unwanted guests and future ones that may come from construction across the street.
