These people told me to continue my termite bond I would have to pay for the previous homeowners delinquent fees. Is this even legal? Great service from the technician, but I sure feel like I'm getting ripped off by basically having to pay two years to keep the existing bond. I would not recommend and will be using someone else when it's time to renew.
Taz is an excellent employee, he is very knowledgeable, professional and always ask if there is anything else he can do. I love having the same person come each time especially when I’m not at home. If I’m not at home he always lets me know what he has done.
I noticed that someone from this company welcomed themselves into my backyard without my permission. I have never done business with this company in my life. The previous owner of this property had a termite bond which expired months ago and has not been renewed, so they had absolutely no business entering my property, especially without my consent. I have a dog that could've gotten loose if he were outside, so this is extremely concerning.Since I was looking to get a termite bond on my home anyway, I called them to see if they waive the inspection, as it was already done for the previous bond that lapsed. You would think they wouldn’t mind working with me considering they violated my property, but no, apparently that’s too much to ask. Also, they claimed to have tried getting in contact with me a week before entering my property. No one left a notice on the door or anything, so did they really even try before taking the liberty of opening my back gate and digging up dirt in my front and back yard? Beyond unprofessional.

They have always provided outstanding, reliable and responsive service, both for routine maintenance and for special treatment when emergencies have occurred. I’m especially appreciative of our technician, Julio, who has been truly amazing and a joy to work with. Sadly, he has left the company and relocated. But, his successor, Eddie, paid us his first visit recently and I'm very pleased and impressed.
