I have been a Paul's customer for years now and they have provided exceptional service. A while back I was in Publix and ran into Anquine, my lawn technician. He was super friendly and then asked how was my service and there was a anything he could do better. Exceptional customer service. We had Brandon come out and treat our local Recreation Department for ants, and he did such a thorough job! ??He was prompt, professional, and very detailed making sure the fields were taken care of so the kids can play comfortably. Paul's termite and pest control is the only past control I will use. My family was using them when I was a little girl.And when I moved into my new house, we had a german cockroach problem. Within 3 months, they had it completely eradicated, and the gentleman that came in were always on time, very polite. And I could not be happier with the service they provide to us. I make it a point to always recommend them to any of my client that I do house cleanings for. And the cost was very good for the amount of work that was put in to get rid of hey hey roaches. I also like that. They were very clear when explaining to me at the beginning of what the cost would be. And what the process would be, and they did not waver from that, at all.There were no hidden fees or expenses. They were also very mindful of all of my animals, including dogs, bunny rabbits, reptiles and were able to perform the service without causing any harm to any of my babies. All around great experience, I would highly suggest them to anybody.
