I think about the damage termites can cause and I have big trees and on my property so the service is needed. Kevin Ledoux is AWESOME and a tremendous attribute to McCall Pest & Wildlife. About 3 weeks ago Kevin provided pest control service for gnat issues. My husband and I intended to call McCall to schedule another service since the treatment is not a one-time solution but got busy due to the holidays. The door bell rang and it was Kevin, he was working in our neighborhood and wanted to follow-up on our gnat issue. This was such a TERRIFIC surprise and well-needed because he was prepared and addressed our specific issue. Kevin's customer service is truly one of a kind!!! Our family has been with McCall for years and having employees like Kevin is the reason we stay with this company.
