We have used Local Bug Guy for a number of years and they are fantastic! Well-priced, clear communication and very dependable. When I had a rat chewing our pool equipment they came over immediately to help me find a solution. I had a problem with carpet beetles when there was a lot of pollen and they also helped me with a plan and now regularly take steps to protect the house from them. They are careful with our pets and my herb garden. I love that I don’t have to think about a thing. They just take care of it all!

Communication prior to and after each service is excellent. The service itself is done thoroughly and efficiently. I appreciate not having to be the one to remember to schedule an appointment every few months. Warren gets me on the books when I need to be and if that date doesn’t work for us, he is able to easily reschedule. They really make the process as easy as possible.

I was getting service from Orkin but they kept raising the price without notifying me. I was on auto-pay so they probably hoped I wouldn't notice. Local Bug Guy is very professional, thorough, and friendly along with saving me $200 per year compared to Orkin.
