He walked me through his inspection process and things he was looking for to determine the extent of the termite damage. We saw what we thought was a mouse in the house, turned out to be a rat! Alpha pest came quickly, gave us good information and did a walk through to inspect for openings. Then set all the traps. Great service, knowledgable staff.
