Last week I was calling every pest company in a panic and felt I was getting the run around, making zero progress with my bug problem. Feeling hopeless with how to deal with my bug problem, the next call I made was to Responsible Pest & Scorpion Control thinking I would have no luck finding the help I was looking for. Let me know tell you how wrong I was.... From start to finish I felt taking care of and supported that my bug problem will be handled. Scheduling was fast and easy, cost for service was reasonable especially with the quality service that was delivered. I highly recommend Responsible Pest and Daniel as the technician. Daniel is a great service technician. His kind demeanor and polite conversation is sincerely appreciated. Thank God, we have never seen any scorpions or any other bugs. Responsible Pest has been servicing since 2019 and aside from a couple of bugs here and there, we haven't seen too many around. Daniel always texts/calls before entering the property grounds. He shared details about the product he uses and how it is eco friendly. All in all, he is a great person and Responsible Pest a great company.
I absolutely love this company. Rick is phenomenal at what he does and has the best customer service. He takes such good care of my home and when I’m away I can always trust him when I have my dog there and he is so thoughtful and kind. This company is reliable, affordable, and a pleasure to work with. If you need to get rid of any pests, this is the company to choose! I had an issue with scorpions for far too long and as soon as they came, I have not had an issue since.
