Joe my service technician is the only person with Terminix deserves a 5-+ rating. I have not had luck in anyone else with your business. I had a very unfortunate experience with Terminix taking out a large sum of my money for a service that wasn’t due until May. I could not get this money back for over 6 weeks. I became overdrawn at my bank and was unable to buy food. I am on hospice for pancreatic cancer now because of this. My time was shortened due to stress and lack of food which landed me in the hospital for 2 weeks. I am bitter over this because I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years utilizing all 3 services you offer.
Joe has been treating our place for a number of years and my parents for many years and he’s truly the nicest and most reliable! We would recommend him to anyone!
Joe was excellent! Arrived on date and within time frame he said, which in my book speaks volumes. He introduced himself since this was the first time he had been to my address even though I had seen him at a neighbors house recently. He was efficient, timely and sprayed everywhere I asked him to.
Joe Elliott has been our tech for years. He does an amazing job, communicates very well. We definitely couldn’t be happier. Terminix has a great asset having Joe on staff. Oh, he is very understanding about us being pet owners. He is very patient when we have to move the dogs around so that he can treat all areas of their yard and the house.
We called Terminix to help us with our bee infestation. While they were able to remove all the bees/wasp they damaged my water well in the process. There were no bees in the well just in the water well pump which was located about 5 feet from the actual well. When calling customer service they gave me Steven Barnett (branch manager) number. Steven had Eric benson (regional manager) call you they were not going to cover the damages they caused because it was not their problem and the damages were already there. As you can see in the pictures it was not damaged. Once we told Eric that we wanted to talk to his supervisor he with held his name and phone number. He said he would have him/her call us back. He was acting like a child when trying to get more information.I would not recommend this location for any type of work. They are unprofessional and rude when it comes to customer service. We will never use them again.
