They offered the first service for $1.

The first impression is always the key, and Adrian did a fantastic job today.

He is truly professional and detailed oriented making sure all work is completed to customer satisfaction.

He sprayed the house thoroughly in and out and cleaned mud dauber stuff that was never cleaned properly by other service.

When we first signed up, the salesman was not clear this was a contract. I called Customer Service and they worked with me on a plan and a price that works for us. They were so helpful and nice! Only recommendation is to have the sales person be more upfront on what the customer is committing to.

All in all I would recommend White Knight. They came through with their Customer Service and dedicated exterminators! Thank you ??

I am a property owner/manager of several 4 four plexes and have been looking for a pest control company to service them. I called several to get a quote and found them to be less than accommodating, wanting me to do a site map, send emails, and basically do the leg work in order to get a quote. I called White Knight and found them EXTREMELY professional, quick service, and above and beyond helpful with pricing and getting a bid together promptly.
The Tech that was sent was Jeffery! He was absolutely the most respectful, helpful, and accommodating to the time it takes to go through 44 units. He was detailed, had follow through, and made sure every aspect of pest control was gone through. He swept the eaves for any and all pests, sprayed a large perimeter of the outside and detailed spraying interior. I was and am extremely impressed with him and the company as a whole. I would highly recommend for pest services.

Service person showed up to address rat infestation in attic and perform our quarterly spray. Seemed unaware and uninterested in the infestation issue (the main reason for the visit). Service person was rude toward my wife, proposed ridiculous scenarios (such as saying we had no rat activity in the attic even though we’ve replace 2 chewed water lines in the past 4 days), he placed 1 additional glue trap in the attic, and only sprayed for our quarterly treatment (no brush at all). It took me one step outside our front door to see dozens of spider eggs (see attached photos) and wasps above our garage. Overall a pointless visit that left an intact infestation (which is a guarantee of our longstanding agreement), spider eggs ready to hatch, an offended wife, and an angry husband.
