We contacted Insight Pest Management after noticing signs of termite activity in our home. Krista was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the appointment. She also provided a number for me to send some photos of the situation, which she passed along. The service person arrived at the appointed time and carefully examined the problem. I had expected that they would recommend a tent, but he suggested trying a localized mitigation, because the termite activity appeared to be localized to our door. He carried out the procedure very carefully and explained the process as he was working. He repaired the access port and cleaned up the area as if nothing had ever happened. Fortunately the problem has been mitigated, and at a very reasonable cost. We will be sure to use Insight Pest Management in the future if necessary.

He was very thorough in doing his work and explained everything he did step by step, making sure we understood the process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and his knowledge really showed. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies we looked into, and we feel confident in the service we received. We highly recommend both Insight Pest Management and Setton for anyone needing pest control!
