My husband & I were very impressed with Joey's professionalism, knowledge and maturity. We signed the contract and Joey began the monthly service that very same day.
Orkin is super-knowledgeable (Aaron is our project manager) and quickly assessed the situation and identified the rats’ entry points. He set traps and within 3 hours we caught our first rat (in the kitchen). Orkin is leading the counter attack! ??
I had a horrible ant infestation that took multiple visits to eradicate. My Orkin representative, Frank, was the absolute best. He listened to my concerns, provided an action plan, and true to his word, came back again and against until the problem was resolved. Communication is outstanding, and rep is flexible when I need to adjust an appointment for outside spraying. I am a completely satisfied and grateful customer!

I have a number of dogs who love to bark whenever anyone is near. A couple big ones who sound scary, but they are big babies. Never the less it isn't an easy task to service my house. So I appreciate the patience shown.
