I had Reliant Pest Management out for a callback service and could not be more pleased with the experience. Lance and trainee Jonathan arrived right on time first thing in the morning and were ready to get to work.I had concerns after finding a couple of roaches inside my home and Lance took the time to listen to the details, review the photos I had taken, and explain the differences between German roaches and Asian roaches. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and informative, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Frank was great for our initial service! He verbally explained every thing he was going to do, reassured that it is safe for pets and children. he then did a thorough inspection and pest control inside and out, working around us and all of our boxes as we moved in. Before he left, he gave a through summary of all findings and treatments which was very much appreciated. I’m looking forward to the bimonthly treatments from a thorough and professional crew at reliant!
These guys are awesome. On time and so decent job. All their tech who show up to home and well mannered. I have been using them for last 2 years and very happy! I had rats eating up my cables and the tech just did fab job in taming them. Best price in the market!

Prior to them coming for our scheduled treatment, we receive a phone call as well as an email notifying us of the date and time they will be at our home.
