My only concern or issue was that I was given a “window” was from 8am to 8pm! Sorta wipes out whole day. Wish the “window “ was smaller or I was offered a time option to be able to work with

When I did call they had no idea where the "technician" was. I stayed home all day after halloween for this company and they just completely suck. For me being a new customer I can only imagine how they treat their current customers. BEWARE!!!!
