STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.My husband had a conversation with one of their representatives, made him sign during a trial (he told him we can decide if we want to continue with their service or not) without even letting him read the content just said he needed to sign it so they can begin treatment (should have been a BIG RED FLAG). That ended in a long term contract with this company WITHOUT our knowledge.Come to find out we have an appointment with them as they didn’t confirm with us. He called to cancel and that is where we find out we have a long term contract with them which we were shock to hear. We tried to cancel but they told him we need to pay a cancellation fee (way too expensive BTW).He wrote a review but they reach out to him saying that if he remove his 1 star review they’ll cancel the contract (WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT). He had no choice so, now i am writing this review. They left out bunch of important information to get you sign with them, truly shady.TO ME THEY SOUNDED LIKE BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.Again. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR COMPANY.
Yes, he does an exceptional job making sure that House is rodent proof and you can tell the quality of the work-reflects his love for doing a great job. I appreciate service pro I would definitely recommend 1000%.
I already reviewed Solve under a different account but need to give another review. My first review was based on their normal pest control program and they did amazing.I then had a rat problem in the attic. Zach came out, did exclusion treatment, and I can’t say I’ve ever been happier with a trade company than I have been with Solve. I’ve called them almost on a biweekly basis since the rat exclusion treatment and they’ve always been extremely responsive, polite, and professional over the phone. Zach comes with a smile and great attitude every time and has been diligently working to help solve our rat issue. I feel as though I’ve been given a phenomenal service. Their prices aren’t the highest nor the lowest, very reasonable middle ground. However you will get first class treatment. It’s not like they take your money and then disappear and never respond. They treat you exactly as they said they would treat you in the initial discussions and contract. What a mind-blowing concept, to stick to your word?!Anyways, they have me as a customer for life and anyone I ever refer to pest control will be to Solve.Thank you so much Zach, River, Marcus, everyone I’ve talked to at Solve!
Zach, the Solve technician was wonderful. He was very thorough in his inspection of our attics, roof openings and vents from which we thought an odor was coming into our master bedroom, presumed to be from a rodent. He was very personable, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. He offered some helpful suggestions and I am grateful for his assessment. I can honestly say that I have never had as perfect a service representative experience as I had today with Zach. Leon was awesome in getting me set up today. When he visited us the first time, we were actively deep into our move in and getting settled into our new home. Leon was so friendly and approachable I wanted to get set up but just had not made it to that task yet! Thankfully, Leon came back to check in on our move and see if we were ready to set up pest control services. Once we signed up Leon had the technician, Kaleb, come out within the hour to do the initial treatment. Kaleb was thorough explaining everything and I have peace of mind now knowing we are “SOLVE” protected and don’t have to worry about any of the pests! ;)
