Addison Pest Control

Yet another five-star review for Addison. We had a bedbug scare, and they were able to schedule an inspection via text message for the next day. Patrick expertly disassembled our furniture for a thorough search, answered all our questions, and told us what to look for. Really cut through all the junk you find online, and gave us peace of mind. We ultimately didn't have bedbugs, but I would not hesitate to contact Addison if this issue arises in the future. We really appreciated their discretion (plain jumpsuits!) and their prompt response.

Addison Pest Control staff have been so kind and compassionate with our family during a time of high stress. They helped with my issue so quickly (thanks Crawford for the speedy and helpful initial contact), and have been so responsive post-treatment to answer questions. Our technician Hasan was so professional and patient with us in-person while listening to our issue and providing information on the treatment process. Jay has gone above and beyond with post-treatment support when we call and ask questions - his transparency, honesty, and kind heart make a world of a difference during such a stressful time. Thanks Addison Pest Control team!

I had carpet beetles which were driving me crazy - I had them once before and I could never manage to get rid of them no matter how much I cleaned. I hired Addison pest control for a treatment, and they did wonders. My tech, Dave, was super thorough, and made sure to put the treatment in cracks where they could be hiding. He listened to my observations and did a thorough inspection. It's been a little over 3 months now and still no sign of them - hopefully they don't come back, but I haven't seen any yet and I am hopeful!

Patrick provided an expert inspection and detailed consultation. We requested him to do the treatment. He is highly knowledgeable and is very personable and reassuring. We were able to ask many questions about the treatment and the pest control issue. There is a mental/emotional component to navigating these common urban living issues and with small children and a baby we certainly felt this. Patrick was so incredibly compassionate and he did an extremely thorough job with the treatment. We are grateful to him and feel we are in good hands, which is a huge relief. Thank you Patrick!

Addison was quick, responsive, and effective in assisting with our carpet beetle challenge. They sent over a pest control technician (Hasan) to do an inspection/evaluation within a couple days of reaching out to them. Hasan was patient with listening to our concerns. He did a thorough examination to determine scope of work and if/for signs of potential additional pests. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain findings, what to expect wrt treatment, prep needed, post care / maintenance, and to answer questions. Once we decided to go ahead with their services (Friday), Addison was able to schedule the treatment right away (for the Monday). It was great having the same technician perform the treatment as who did the assessment. Our issue was quickly resolved and there has been no signs since. It is comforting knowing Addison stands by their work and provides a free redo if any reemergence up to 30 days post treatment!
