Hello,I think the visits were weekly or bi-weekly. Perhaps it would have been more effective if the follow-up had been done more often. That's my opinion.
They're not exterminators; the person who came to our house forgot to activate the mechanism to make the cage door close when a squirrel enters. I'm still stuck with squirrels in my attic. I definitely don't recommend this company; they're just in it for the money.

Very disappointed, no service, do it yourself is better. Cage pushed by an animal which ate the sardines and I called about the cage a very long time later. I told the technician to pick everything up.
