Just not in my house!) and when we found ourselves dealing with a stubborn ant problem, we made the call to eco-sound after seeing they practice IPM. Greg was super knowledgeable, professional, and immediately identified the issue. I appreciated that he tailors the solution to the home & problem. I give Greg and Eco-Sound 5 stars for assistance in managing pest outbreaks. Unlike other companies who just spray indiscriminately around the outside of a residence, Greg identifies the individual type of pest, the likely means of access to building, e.g., specific nest or hole or other access, applies the necessary eco-friendly remedy to the current situation and takes steps to prevent further intrusion. He knows the difference between bat, chipmunk and mouse droppings. I have seen him identify carpenter ants crossing a cable to my house and finding an entry through a hole in the brick mortar! Yup, he's that good..

I spoke with Greg regarding questions and concerns about an ongoing pest issue at a rental property Eco Sound treated in August 2025. Greg was extremely rude, emotional and unprofessional in coming to a resolution and plan to resolve an ongoing pest issue at the property he treated that is currently under warranty. Rather than arriving at a productive and professional resolution, Greg was rude and accusatory. I do not recommend this service provider and will seek other extermination professionals in the future.
