Outstanding customer service from the first phone call; followed up by when Dane, my service pro, came out to my home. Dane methodically checked the inside of my home and the outside perimeter. He patiently answered all my questions and explained everything he was doing. Dane left me with peace of mind and a lot of knowledge. So happy I made that first call!

The short version is: arrived as scheduled, professional, knowledgeable and fantastic customer service!When I called, the person I spoke with (I believe his name was Gary) was great, he explained everything to me and answered all my questions and set a sane day appointment.Prior to arriving, Dane called to confirm our appointment and let me know when he would be here, what to expect and a rough estimate of how long he would be here.When he arrived, he did his inspection and reviewed the written results with my son while showing him the areas of concern and giving suggestions about how to seal some things up (and what to use) to prevent an outside issue from getting inside (and went over the outside areas of issues and potential concern). . The inspection was detailed. He truly took his time walking around our house, yard, garage and shed and found cracks and gaps I never would. Have noticed.Once he had everything set uo, he let us know he was done, where the boxes are, and that he put labels on both the inside and outside of each box because he knows we have a large dog. . He answered the additional questions (I’m terrified of rats so was likely being a bit dramatic), gave me additional details about the follow up visits, and made sure I knew I can call customer service for any concerns or questions I have later.I so often deal with high pressure, in a hurry customer service it was refreshing to talk to people who made be feel like they wanted to help vs. just sell me things.Great people, highly recommend!!!!
Bruce S. Is Fantastic! He always greets me at the front door and asks if I have any problems. Then he always explains what kind of services he will be performing at my house. When he is done he lets me know and asks if I have any questions. Very Thorough!! I feel so good knowing my home is protected from all those insects.Thanks Bruce, you are AWESOME!!!!
Friendliest company I've ever dealt with/ done business with. Every person I spoke to, every person I've met all have been so genuinely nice and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this company at all. I haven't had a rodent in the past year since hiring them and now added the spider plan in and hoping for the same results! I would use this company again and I for sure would recommend to anyone that needs this type of service!
