My husband I may be seniors, but we still are functional,so to be told that he would not go over his recommendation with us but needed a family meeting to discuss. He asked for attic access . No problem he said anything we move we will put back. Wrong everything was left on my bed.

I became an Orkin customer this summer, and have been extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend them. I am working with the Auburn Hills, Michigan office, which serves private homes. The office staff is polite and helpful. The technicians who come out to provide the treatments are knowledgeable and polite as well. They take the time to answer questions, too. I have to particularly commend one of the supervisors, CJ, who went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of an issue I was having. He came to my house, and gave me all the time I needed to ask all of my questions and address all of my many concerns with bugs. He was kind and patient, and very knowledgeable. Also, when I originally signed up, the branch manager and an inspector came out and sat with me for several hours, and answered all my questions and inspected my home. I really appreciated everyone's help and professionalism.
