Miguel comes out and takes care of our bug control at our house. He always calls 20 minutes before and Will Send me a text message when he arrives so it doesn’t bother Our dogs. He always does a great job and when we have a unique situation, he always identifies the problem areas and takes care of the problem immediately. We have limited to no problems with any bugs in the house because of the great job he does with the line of death around our house. We appreciate his professionalism, a wonderful attitude when he comes to take care of our home.
We have used Northwest Exterminating for our pest control and termite control for years and have been very pleased with their work. Eli came today to perform the pest control. As always, he did a wonderful job. He is polite, friendly and efficient. He remembers our needs from visit to visit. We truly appreciate him and the company he represents.
We trusted this company when we built our home, months after we moved in we had termites they didn't believe us until we pulled the wood floors up. They gave us 3 yrs of Sentricon (never spotted the 2nd and 3rd invasion) for free, the 3 years supposedly showed no activity and the warranty is up since August of this year and now again we have termites eating up the wood floor just a couple of feet from the original area. We will use a better company then Northwest Exterminating due to the inept ability of these individuals to figure out how to get rid of or at least best procedure to get rid of them...Below is 2 photos of the waves caused by the moisture of the termites eating the flooring.
We’ve used Northwest Exterminating for 17years. Obviously we are very satisfied with their service. The price for termite and bug exterminating is very reasonable. The inspector sprays for bugs and inspects the termite stations on a regular basis and they are always on time and very personable. The reports are emailed to my account very quickly.The electronic customer portal is very useful. I can view all and upcoming appointments plus my billing.
We have a new technician, Nick Hart, who does our Bi-weekly service. He's very passionate and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to his work ethic. Nick made a great impression with our residents, who individually asked him questions, and he was kind enough to take the time to speak with each of them. He comes into the office upbeat and happy, with a genuine and positive presence about him. A pleasure to work with!!
