I had an excellent experience with Bulwark Pest Control and wanted to highlight the great service provided by my technician, Ethan. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and attentive. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and made sure he understood exactly what I needed addressed.What stood out most was how genuinely kind he was with my dogs. He was excited to meet them, made them feel comfortable, and even gave them so treats I provided—which instantly won them over!Ethan carefully treated every area I pointed out and explained what he was doing along the way, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. His attention to detail and great attitude made the entire appointment smooth and stress-free. As he went around the exterior of my house, he took care to brush the cobwebs around my exterior windows-which I greatly appreciated.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the level of care and service. We started using Bulwark when we bought our house in May, they have been great with each visit, giving us a summary and pictures showing where they treated. Since it is a new construction neighborhood, we have had some new pest and Bulwark was quick to come out and retreat with the same attention to detail.On their last visit, we weren’t able to be home, but Baylor still took the time to send the attached picture along with the summary of all the areas that he treated and even some that weren’t noted in our assessment.All this to say, we highly recommend Bulwark.
Brenden Bean took excellent care of my noseemums mites problem which he asked a supervisor to accompany him today for a retreat cause they been treating the issue over a month and the issue hasn't gotten better still getting bites in my sleep. After a investigation determined my issue is random mosquitoes ?? getting in and attacking me so may sign back up for year round mosquitoe treatment. Thanks again Brenden your the best of the best!!!!
I’ve had two sprayings done so far with Bulwark Pest Control, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, Garrett came out, and the second time, Baylor handled the service. Both of them were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very educational.Each technician took the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was being done. I really appreciate how thorough and friendly they were—it made me feel confident that my home was in good hands.It’s clear that Bulwark maintains a high standard across their team.
