I called to get a quote for services, I couldn’t hear the poor girl over the screaming children in the background. From my understanding, this company operates from a stand alone building in Tulsa not a home or daycare. I’ll go with Moxie since I didn’t have to scream for the girl to hear what I was saying…..
I still had black widows after 6 months of treatment & when I called to let them know all they worried about was my bill. They were very stuck up and rude. They lost a customer not because of money but because of the quality of service. Specifically, Corey and Andrea were not helpful in solving any issues. I ended up killing the spider with $5 hot spot spider spray.**If they were more concerned about the business by retaining their customers instead of being passive aggressive and condescending then I would still be willing to be a customer. Just the fact that they point out that they spent 20 mins with a customer is a problem. When your working with customers, you’re not doing anyone a favor. It is YOUR job that YOU are getting paid for. This may just be a company culture that doesn’t align with me.
The owners, Norman and his wife are the absolute sweetest human beings to exist!! I wait on them almost weekly when they come into the restaurant I work in, Charlestons. They deserve all of the business and more.
I invited mother natures best to our property and Stephen Steele showed up ready to help us with our very large buildings needs. We had a pretty bad infestation of wasps indoors/outdoors. He was very helpful and even worked around the buildings hectic schedule of being a church and daycare. Will definitely invite back when we have inevitable problems of pests !
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Mother Nature’s Lawn! From the very beginning, their communication was top-notch—clear, timely, and always friendly. They answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way.The best part? My yard has done a complete 180. The weeds that used to take over are finally gone, and for the first time in ages, I’m seeing real, healthy grass start to grow. It’s such a relief to look outside and actually enjoy my lawn again. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for real results and a team that truly cares!
