I waited all afternoon for the guy to come and did not know he had already been there. He never called or made contact with me at all. I cannot check email at home, so sending an email does not help. I will be canceling my service as soon as possible as this is the second time this has happened.
Deejay was super cool and very professional. He came out for a simple outdoor spray but ended up helping me with a separate internal/mice problem when I asked a question about it. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even showed me a better way to set up my glue traps so they’d be more effective. I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He also let me know he could come out sooner or anytime if I needed him, which made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend! :)
