I have genuinely enjoyed being a Romex customer. It was easy to sign up and it is easy to get routine services as well. If I call with an issue prior to my routine service date, they are quick to reach out to treat my home/yard again.My initial service was with James Y. who was so pleasant and knowledgable. I had several areas of concerns and questions. He was able to either treat them on the spot or come up with a plan of action to treat them over time. His attitude and extensive knowledge gave me confidence that the Romex team would be able to solve the issues I was having.My most recent service was done by Logan G and he was very nice and got things done quickly so that my kids could get outside and play on their equipment. He was also very helpful with the questions I was having about new issues. We walked around the yard to assess the issues and he ensured that each area was taken care of.
Everyone I have spoken with at Romex is very professional and courteous. Donovan is awesome! Did a very good job. Arrived on time. You guys rock!!! I would also like to say that the price is another reason I went with Romex. Other companies are way more expensive for whatever reason. I am not working right now so I borrowed the money for my initial spray after it was discounted for me ( which NOBODY had to do)
