The house we bought had quite a bit of deferred maintenance, and with that a history of pest problems. We contacted Chase Pest Control to handle a previous rodent issue, as well as getting the house pest free. Greg and Tim were able to come out and patch up any entry points in the house, set traps, and spray. Its been about three months and we’ve had no problems since they did their work. Tim and team is also amazing about not pressuring you into certain services, but more importantly goes out of his way to keep you informed about what they are doing, and any suggested treatments they think are worth considering. We would highly recommend Chase Pest Control to anyone thats experiencing pest issues, or just want to ensure that they don’t end up having to.
My overall experience with Chase Pest Control is exceptional and Tim is honest and he treats his customers with great respect.I had an ant invasion in my back yard and a quick Google search and he was here the next day to inspect and decimated the ants.
