We have quarterly service for pest control with ProCraft. Brandon was our technician today. He was exceptionally professional. He let us know he was on his way. Once he arrived he asked if there was any areas of focus and one he completed the service he let us know what was done. Very pro. Thank you Brandon!
Brandon serviced our business and his attention to detail was incredible. He even left me my own extra bug traps to put out for when I need more. Since Procraft has been servicing us I haven’t seen one bug. Love this company and would recommend to anyone.
I have raved about ProCraft Pest Control before and I am here to rave about their service, once again! Brandon just left our home and done a fantastic job in removing some wasp nests in our back yard, which we had no clue were even there, as well as, our front porch area that had some spiders living there rent-free (no more). I requested of Brandon to please pay extra attention to the garage, because last summer, a spider bit our dog on the stomach, which is why we decided to have a pest control company to come out. Since their first time servicing us in August till this very day, the staff have been nothing but professional, attentive, kind, and helpful in assisting us with having a bug free home. Our experience with this company, thus far, have been nothing short of exceptional, truth be told. Thank you, again, Brandon, Sophie (in the office), and to the rest of the staff at ProCraft from another one of your satisfied customers!
Very happy with this company. They text me a day in advance when they will come. There is a short time slot that works well with my schedule. The inspectors are very nice and experienced. They will ask if I have any issues and will spend a few minutes with me prior to them leaving. I have had them for a couple years now and have never had an issue with them…. Leslie
I didn’t want to write this review but I have no other choice because this company lacks communication and integrity.I will say the customer service at the beginning was great. I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out.I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. My first service in October went fine and focused on the interior of my apartment with some exterior, which is what I initially requested. I later realized the price I was quoted required signing a year contract. I agreed to it for the reduced rate, even though that was not what I originally wanted.The issues started with my second visit. They came on the scheduled date (Tuesday 1/27) but only provided a time window, not an exact appointment. That day, someone rang my doorbell once and by the time I checked, no one was there, so I assumed it was a delivery. I later found out it was Patrick, the ProCraft employee. They went ahead and sprayed only the exterior WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which Luke confirmed when he followed up with me on Friday 1/30. I specifically requested interior service with some exterior, not exterior only.Luke apologized for the miscommunication, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication or integrity from this company. They rescheduled the service for next week, but my card still has the charge for the service that has NOT been performed.Unless you are okay being charged for services you did not receive, I would not recommend ProCraft Pest Control. I was also told a refund was processed, which I still have not received.
