Couldn’t recommend Homeshield more! Our tech Bradon and his trainee Antion were incredible to work with - kind to our dog and baby, timely, communicative, and did great work. Pests in your home is the last thing you want when you have a baby crawling around. We appreciate how easy Bradon and Antion were to collaborate with to solve the problem. They were patient as they explained their process, addressed our concerns and accommodated our requests in terms of timing. Very grateful to have such a pleasant experience - something I rarely can say when dealing with technicians in other situations!!!

Bradon texts me when he is on his way which I really appreciate since we have pets. He is very friendly, he does a good job, and he explains everything that he does. After he is done, he asks if there is anything else I need. It makes such a difference when we have someone who is very nice and helpful!
They generally do a good job. Price is fair considering they come out anytime in between scheduled appointments. My technician is friendly and does a thorough job. Overall I am content with the service.
I've had Homeshield come out for the last year ever since I started to notice the largest spiders I've ever seen in my backyard. They always do a wonderful time.This time I had a small wasp nest inside my shed and Bradon did such an amazing job. He talked me through what he would do to remove the nest, made sure to take his time so the wood of the shed wasn't damaged, and then let me know what to expect over the next couple days as the wasps adjust to having their nest removed. He was so friendly and informative. Highly recommend HomeShield
