We are a small strata in Port Coquitlam. After a rough couple of years dealing with communication and service issues with a larger pest control franchise, one of our neighbours recommended RainCity. It took a little while to work out the kinks with them, but their dedication to customer service and availability to answer questions and resolve issues really impressed us. Even if I couldn't get something addressed right away, Simon would always text or call me back to let me know he was aware of the problem and would reply with a solution by the end of the same day. Shane is similarly quick with answers about any bookkeeping or admin problems. I am sincerely grateful to the RainCity team for their approach, and I will recommend them to anyone.
