We've been using Cal Termite for about half a year now for an ongoing ant issue. They are easy to communicate with by text (personally, this is incredibly convenient) and the ant issue is well controlled now. Nate in particular has been amazing to work with. He is alway patient and knowledgeable to answer any questions, and makes note of changes to the areas of the house that need service. The annual contract they offer is definitely worth it!

Nate serviced our new home with spot termite treatment which was set up and paid for by the seller of the house. He was on time, courteous and got right to work. He finished within 30-35 minutes as promised. Nate is very sweet and seems to love what he does…Cal Termite is lucky to have him!

Several years ago, Cal Termite & Pest Control performed a termite inspection on our newly purchased home. Upon moving in we discovered an abundance of rat activity which is typical for Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Cal Termite set traps in the attic, the crawl space beneath the house and the garage as well as closed off all access points for rodents to the structure. In addition, they placed bait boxes around the house. Since then we have not seen any rodents nor their droppings. Today, Nate performed the monthly check and replenished the bait boxes as needed. Nate, as with all of Cal Termite’s service people is professional and friendly. We have complete faith in Cal Termite & Pest Control and therefore highly recommend them.

I’ve had such a great experience with Cal Termite! Everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has always been friendly, professional, and accommodating with my schedule. The technicians are just as great.. especially Nate!! Everyone is always kind, respectful, and they’ve make me feel completely comfortable leaving them to do their work in my apartment. I even made a special request for them to call or text me when they’re on their way and again when they’re done, and they’ve never once failed to follow through. That extra thoughtfulness really makes a difference. I highly recommend Cal Termite for any of your pest control needs! they’re reliable, trustworthy, and truly a pleasure to work with!
