It's our first time working with a pest control company. GoodMonsters was able to schedule an appointment for us right on the first call. Zach was our tech and he was great. He was on time and very courteous (even wore shoe covers before entering the house). He got to the job right away, and he explained our house's issues in detail. He was also kind enough to repeat that same information to my husband via phone call. He was very kind, friendly, and very well spoken. When explaining our service options, we did not feel pressured to sign up for anything. In fact, he even offered to step back so my husband and I can privately discuss whether we move forward. We decided to proceed, and Zach promptly completed the rest of the inspection and set up. We also added a service that was not originally included in our initial request, since Zach pointed out during inspection that we could use help on that issue as well. Zach was fantastic to work with! He stopped by just a few days after I first reached out and provided a free estimate. He was able to handle our issue during the same appointment and never tried to upsell anything we didn’t need. I’d absolutely choose this company again.
I called and got an appt same day. Zach came all the way out to our place in Deming. We were his last appt of the day but he didn't make us feel rushed. He had a great attitude, very professional and was very transparent about pricing. He quickly identified areas where the critters are entering our home and got to work quickly! We were lucky enough to have Zach come by and check on our wasp problem. He was extremely friendly, professional, and an expert in his field. We had no idea where exactly our wasp problem was stemming from, but with one walk around the property Zach identified it, and took care of it within 15 minutes. We feel so much better now and would definitely recommend Good Monsters and specifically Zach to anyone. Will definitely go to them for any future issues!
