The process was explained in detail. When Steve showed up he did a look around before placing traps. He communicated extremely well. Upon the weekly check he made sure he checked every trap he set, reset them all and took away what was caught. Clear communication and very professional.

Kent Warnica came by to help manage out-of-control pavement ants for not only my home, but my neighbour’s side as well! We live in a duplex and he was able to spray both sides in less than 45mins.
Kent has gone above and beyond where he patiently allowed me to walk through our home to point out the problem areas, gave me recommendations on how to manage long term, and most importantly of all, came by a SECOND time a few weeks later to top up on ant bait/spray because we saw a few stragglers after the initial spray.
We understand spray and baiting can only do so much, but the level of customer service Kent delivered on has been some of the best. Highly recommend Old Island Pest Control in Victoria if you manage to get Kent assigned to you

We've only had our initial visit so far but it was great! He was super friendly and efficient and was able to find two points where they had been getting in. Many of the traps he put down were already full by that evening. After talking with him I feel so relieved and confident that we will be rid of our mouse problem in the not too distant future.
